Villa Hélène, Pertuis, Luberon. Sleeps 10
Description
Overview
Just off the ‘Route des Chateaux‘, on approach to Villa Hélène, the path is lined with cypress trees and almost hidden amongst the manicured gardens, olive grove and pine trees -providing you with total privacy. After a leisurely afternoon plunging into the magnificent pool you can head to the nearby charming village of Peypin d’Aigues for fresh, local produce or try Pertuis just 15 km away for your antique shopping -at a fraction of the price you would pay elsewhere!
Interior
This exclusive Provençal villa has been tastefully designed with modern kitchen fittings and furniture. With the smell of grilled meat from the pool house kitchen and the sound of cicadas humming in your ears from the nearby pines, Villa Hélène brings your indoor and outdoor living spaces together.
The bright, luminous bedrooms, 2 double en-suite bedrooms, 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and 1 separate bathroom, share stylishly tilled and very spacious bathrooms.
Exterior
At Villa Hélène there is a fabulous 17m x 6 m swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a cozy seating area; and the dining terrace has stunning views of the Provençal countryside. Try to spot the gliders taking off from Vinon-sur-Verdon -this is the largest gliding and training school in France!
A little further is the chic town of Aix-en-Provence – a lovely place to visit a Provençal market and eat out. You must venture to the Gorges de Verdon during your stay for canyoning, swimming and canoeing.
